Luohe Medical College

1.Application is accepted all year around. At least 2 months （before 10th May）before arrival, applications are requested to fill out the “Application Form for Luohe Medical College” . For students over 1 year study, they need approach Chinese embassy or consulate in the home country for a “Physical Examination Form for Foreigners”. Then applicants take a medical check-up in line

with the items required.

2. Students should apply for study visa to People's Republic of China embassies with the "Luohe Medical College foreign students admission notice", "visa application for study in China (JW202)" and the physical examination report (consulates)(Study 6 months or more students need to apply for "X" visa).

2.Students should register in Foreign exchange office of Luohe Medical College with the "Luohe Medical College foreign students admission notice", "foreigner physical examination form" and the original JW202 table according to the "Luohe Medical College foreign students admission notice" .

3. When freshmen come to register, the school will check the original registration materials. If the materials do not conform to the scanned parts submitted by the application, the school will cancel the student's qualification.

Note: The school will pick up the new students for free in the airport and station, but students have to inform the foreign exchange office about the flight number, train number and time of arrival by email or fax at least 7 days in advance in order to arrange the meeting.
